Gearbox Integrated Dredging Pump

Gearbox integrated dredging pump is a new structure pump designed by SGB. This type of pump saves a lot of space and cost. As dredging pumps lie at the heart of the dredging challenge. - Strong flow capacity. The pump can pump gravel, high plastic clay lumps and so on. Dredge pump is generally equipped with three vanes or five vanes, used to handle different particle size respectively.

- Small size, light weight.The whole machine and every component of the dredge pump all adopt optimization design and strength analysis, this can greatly reduce  the pump weight by minimizing unnecessary auxiliary structure and process structure on the premise of satisfying the performance and  application requirements.

- Stable running. small vibration and low noise. The dredge pump uses high-level static balance , optimum speed and auxiliary support structure of pump head to ensure  stable operation during the production process of impeller. The pump has good cavitation performance to ensure strong suction capacity. greater dredged depth and higher concentration of inhalation medium.

- The parts have long service life.The parts are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy whose maximum hardness is more than 60HRC, and they have long service life.
