Shijiazhuang Industrial Pump Factory Co., Ltd. (short name is SGB), which is affiliated to Jizhong Energy Groupone of the Fortune Global 500 Companies, is a large-scale industrial pump manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacture, marketing and service. With more than 60 years history of machinery along with over 25 years experience in industrial pumps, SGB has a very high market share in China and it is also the leader slurry pump manufacturer in China.

Company Scale & Capability
After many years development, SGB now occupies 20,000 square meters site area, 1400 employees, 800 large and medium equipments and over 200 sophisticated equipments such as CNC, Director-reading Spectrometer, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Rapid-typing Machine and etc. Based on these facilities, SGB has the abilities of material inspection, casting, welding, machining, assembling and the performance test of pump unit. The maximum weight of the workpiece cast by SGB is about 12 tons, the maximum diameter of the workpiece can be machined by SGB is over 5 meters and the maximum flow rate of SGBs pump product is more than 120,000 cubic meters per hour. With an annual production of 10,000 pumps, SGB now is the largest industrial pump manufacturer with high comprehensive capacity of design and producing.

System & Quality Management
SGB has been qualified for the enterprise conforming to ISO 9001 QMS (Quality Management System), ISO14001 EMS (Environment Management System), ISO 28001 OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 10012 MMS (Measurement Management System) since 1998, and these systems have been valid till now. In 2004, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) management was introduced into the Routine Production Management.
